Allied Health
The Allied Health team is made up of caregivers in Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Therapy/Rehabilitation. These professionals are qualified practitioners with specialized expertise in preventing, diagnosing and treating a range of conditions and illnesses. Allied Health caregivers often work within a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized support for different patient needs.
Nursing
At Centra, Nurses provide the Core of Caring. Centra Nurses approach care in a unique way with patient/family/community centered care that recognizes that family is a constant in the patient’s life and that the nurse is the coordinator of patient care and the leader of the interdisciplinary team. Patient/ family/community care is individualized and based on patient and family needs; spiritual, physical, emotional and psycho-social.
Corporate and Business
The leadership team at Centra is made up of both clinical and non-clinical leaders. Our Directors and Managers help set strategic goals, shape our vision, lead departments and units, build impactful teams and develop our staff. Centra’s internal Leadership Academy focuses on identifying talent within our healthcare system and providing that talent with the tools to lead in an innovative space.
Non-Clinical Professional
When you choose Centra as a non-clinical professional, you are helping the team of caregivers that directly care for our patients. If you are interested in working in a healthcare setting but prefer to be a part of the team that provides non-direct care, we have many diverse positions that may align with your skills and interests. Our non-clinical positions are essential to a multitude of departments in a healthcare setting.
Behavioral and Mental Health
Our psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists and social workers specialize in treating mental and behavioral health conditions through our comprehensive programs, acute care units, schools and residential programs. We diagnose and treat anxiety, autism, addiction, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and schizophrenia, among other conditions.
